Decisions / Minutes:

Bologna Coordination Board holds their meeting on Friday 15 July 2011 at 10:30-12:00 by the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board President Prof. Muharrem Certel in the Senate Room. Firstly, in meeting, the university which will be held with the participation of unit managers is discussed at scope of 'Bologna Process harmonization studies evaluation meeting.' And then, report which prepared about instructor and course evaluation questionnaires are discussed. In meeting, related to the bologna process studies have ended with a general evaluation following the consideration of the issue of compliance with the Bologna-İKMEP.

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1)      In relation to scope of evaluation meeting of the bologna process integration studies;

a)      The university’s unit managers (Deans, Directors, Dean and Directors Assistant who responsible for education and heads of departments under the Rector) to provide full participation in the meeting,

b)     During the meeting discussed the problems with the current situation the work of the Bologna Process and interpreted nature to develop proposals for the solution.

c)      In meeting which was brought law no.6111 and the law article about to bologna process was emphasized,

d)     In meeting, decisions of coordination commission will determine without the need for any cover letter to be bound of all units,

2)      About all kinds documents related to which sent to the registrar's office and evolving the bologna process  informing to bologna coordinator ,

3)      The issue about 'Bologna Process Internal Revisal' application procedures, work teams and work methods will discuss the next Coordination Committee Meeting, on our University,

4)      Implementation of the instructor and course evaluation questionnaires make healthy and on time and to effectively conduct provide the cooperation between quality unit and the data processing,

5)      Institutional development of the university which is very important (Student Satisfaction questionnaire, Instructor and Course Evaluation Questionnaire, ECTS questionnaire, Academic - Administrative Staff Satisfaction questionnaire, etc.) to meet the changing needs of the design of the questionnaire work, assessment and provide periodic reports to be received in electronic media software, providing a questionnaire management system software,

6)      Vocational schools curriculums will be created on the basis of the Bologna Process,

7)      Representative of the Bologna Coordination, Bologna Institution Coordinator Prof.Dr Burhan Ozkan  will participate to MEYOK meetings,

8)      Activity report of the Bologna Process which was prepared by the department of Architecture Faculty of fine arts will publish on Bologna web page 'Best Practices' link, (http://bologna.akdeniz.edu.tr/iyi-uygulamalar)
