Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall, under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Burhan OZKAN, vice chairman of Bologna Coordination Board, on Friday, 8 July 2011 between 10:30–12:00 a.m. Firstly, in meeting, DS updating of information which made by units and then eAkdeniz student automation program issues are discussed. In meeting, course lists which was an incomplete course description form (table F) to inform rectorship were discussed and making a general assessment of the Bologna Process work were made.  

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1) eAkdeniz student automation program which come into use to instructor by student affairs,closing to run smoothly until it becomes available,
2)Course lists of course introduction form (table F) in complete associate degree,undergraduate and graduate which was sent by units,to inform rectorship as report,
3) Because course information forms (Table F) which were completed will be archive at units coordinator,studies on the completion of related literature to be sent rectorship,
4) Templates of course information package which will be completed from 1 september 2011,will be activated immediately for common compulsory courses,
5) Forms of course information related to foreign language courses which was given by schools of foreign languages will prepare priority and immediately,
6) An example of the revised of diploma supplement which will be updated by units to provide from department of student affairs through the dean/director/presidency will be sent to rectorship (Bologna Coordinator) by the department /program supervisors,
7) In order to get standardization in diploma supplement, attention on the use of english to be the same expression and if necessary,the working group will be created that so as to provide association for same lessons name in common programs of vocational high school,
8) In order to get standardization in diploma supplement, 5ı that are common to all programs such as lecture on specialized field and English language courses to be expressed in the same way, and the creation of a working group on this subject, if necessary,
9) Unit managers of university which is headed by rector (Deans, Directors, under the rector's Departments responsible for education and training-Dean / Executive Assistant) participation 'Bologna Process harmonization studies evaluation meeting’ will be made,
