Decisions / Minutes:


Bologna Coordination Board holds their meeting on 24 June 2011 at 09:30–11:00 by the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board President Prof. Dr. Muharrem Certel in the Senate Room. Firstly, in meeting, discussed the draft Directive on Education-Teaching Practices for Students with Disabilities which presented by Assistant Professor Doctor Barış Günay. Then, implementation and evaluation of teaching staff and course evaluation questionnaire with vocational schools in compliance with the curriculum of Bologna-IKMEP are discussed. In meeting concerning the work of the Bologna Process and automation of eAkdeniz student ended with a general evaluation.

In this context these decisions have been taken:


1)    Draft of ‘disabled student education-teaching practices directive’ which was interviewed, after making change proposed by the members, to present of the senate for consideration.
2)    Publication on the university’s web page surveys of instructor and course evaluation and the implementation of the questionnaire, to summer school students,
3)    Expert Cem Sakarya who is vice president of quality assurance sub-committee, Instructor and Course Evaluation Questionnaires and a report on the practical problems to Bologna Coordinator for submission to the president’s office delivered ,
4)    PDME Commission on Testing and Evaluation Report on the activities of the next period will be offer meeting of the coordination committee dated 8 July 2011,
5)   Course catalogs which are vocational school programs, MEYOK to the establishment of a meeting with the definition, Bologna Coordinator Prof.Dr. Burhan Ozkan and vocational school coordinator Prof.Dr. Bulent Topcuoglu will attend this meeting,
6)    To prepare same course catalogue for same programs on vocational schools,
7)    Extent of course information packs are eAkdeniz student entries automation system from 4 July 2011 completion of the automation work to be done as a complete and smooth,
8)    Course information packet templates which will be as from 1 September 2011, translated in English process for each unit with in decode and to the extent that translation commission is not necessary to the creation of university level.
9)    In order to ensure the preparation of course description form (table F) in complete associate degree, undergraduate and graduate courses presentation forms to be sent to cover letter relevant Deans and Departments.
