Decisions/Minutes:

The Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Muharrem Certel, Chairman of Bologna Coordination Board, on Thursday, 07th April, 2011 between 15:30 – 17:00 a.m. In the beginning of the meeting the subject of ECTS Questionnaires, application dated on 11-18 April 2011 had been discussed. In the following part of the meeting, a preliminary assessment has been maked before a meeting will be participated by Prof. Dr. Burhan Ozkan about DS Label Workshop on 8 April 2011, organized by the National Agency and the subjects about DS Label which will be questioned to the Bologna expert in the workshop has been discussed. Next a presentation about DS filling in the new Automation System has been maked by Lecturer Serhan Yaylaci and Associate Degree/ Undergraduate/Postgraduate and Doctorate for the pilot application DS has been decided. In the final part of the meeting, discussion on organization of Automation System Training dated on the 12.04.2011 has been maked.

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1.The ECTS Questionnaires,for spring semester were  published by BPCO web site,
2.The academic units can  obtain  ECTS questionnaires, forms from the  Directorate University Press,
3.The new BP organization structure,the Program Development and Measurement-Evaluation (PDME) Commission is included in BP organization structure,   proposed by BPCO has been accepted.
4.DS Info Meeting  for Diploma Supplement (DS) Application Action Plan prepared by BPC,is going to held p on 15 April 2011, 09:00 am.
5.Deans/Directors and Vice Deans/Directors responsible for education will be invited to participate next meeting,
6. A sample DS will be prepared by the Student Affairs for presentation in the meeting,
7. For pilot DS Application following programs have been selected: These are  Associate Degree (Enviromental Production and Control and accounting), Bachelor Degree (Landscape architecture, Biology, International Relations, Law and Coaching), Master Degree (Agricultural Economics, Food Engineering, Landscape Architecture, Economics and Biology Departments), PhD Degree (Business, Food Engineering and Histology),
8. Information is given to all academic the Units with respect to DS Label Application to be completed in time, with in Diploma Supplement (DS) Application Action Plan has been sent to the all university units,
9.The Format control of the University of DS which is filled out by university academic Units  will be made by BPCO,
10.  Sample program outcomes and course learning outcomes prepared by the PDME Commission and PDME’s minutes will publish on the  BPCO web page.
11.  Automation System Training fro education system of the Akdeniz University  will be made on  the web page by using electronical media.
