Decision / Minute:

The Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Prof. Dr. Burhan OZKAN, vice chairman of Bologna Coordination Board, on Friday, 4 March, 2011 between 09:30-11:30 a.m. In the meeting, firstly last formal the lesson program which is given stenciling related to presentation and participations’ opinion were taken. Secondly, President of the Student Council’s job description prepared by the Bologna Coordinator was discussed. After giving information about the Regional Bologna Process Workshop for students organized in Muğla dated on 25 February 2011 and MEYOK Meeting held on 2 March 2011 also provided information about the Bologna Process Workshop III which will be held following the March 10, 2011. Lastly, in meeting, date of BCC meeting is discussed.


In this context  the Coordination Board has decided that:

  1. By accepting templates of President's Information Package Faculty / Institute / School / Fine Arts / Vocational School Information Package, Department / Program / Department and Course Information Packages will be put on ABKO web page,
  2. Filling some parts of the templates are optional but some parts are compulsory and also a guide is prepared by the Bologna Process for this aim, and is immediately put on ABKO web page,
  3. Templates in the use of the program outcomes and course learning outcomes match each 5-scaling,
  4. Assoc. Prof. Dr. Selcuk Uygun, a member of the Faculty of Education is charged with vice president of Recognition of Degrees and Diplomas Sub-Board,
  5. ToR of Head of Student Affairs Department is accepted exactly and reported to her and also put on ABKO web page,
  6. Sending an informative mail, which contains that ECTS questionnaires will be supervised by Bologna Coordination Office to Sub-Coordinators,
  7. At license programs the ECTS credits total gets while absolutely becoming 30 ECTS for every period,
  8. The meeting of BEK will be 23 March 2011 on 16:00 in Senato Hall,
  9. An official from the National Agency will be invited to make a presentation about Diploma Supplement and ECTS Label Application to provide information in any Coordination Board Meeting in March,
