Decisions/ Minutes:

Bologna Process Coordination Board hold their meeting on 11th February 2011 at 09:30-11:30 by the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board Vice President Prof. Dr.Burhan OZKAN in the Senate Room. In the meeting, the presentations on Bologna Process Unit Coordinators’, Unit Work Group Members’ and The Lecturers’ job descriptions were made by Assist Prof.Dr.Sibel AYKIN. Then, Assist Prof.Dr.Bahattin OZDEMIR gave information about the results of the pilot implementation of the ECTS  questionnaires,and shareholder feedback questionnaires,which had implemented in the School of Tourism and Hotel Management. Finally, the Bologna Process  Training Workshop II ( 21th Feb. 2011) and the Unit Information Meetings were discussed and the participants’ oppinions were taken.

In this context these decisions have been taken:

  1. To accept the job descriptions of the Bologna Process Department/Unit Curators, Department/ Unit Work Group Members and The Lecturers and the publishment of this decisions in the web site.
  2. To publish the ECTS Calculation Table which was finalized by Quality Assurance Sub Committee in the web site.
  3. Well participation is expecting from all units to the Bologna Process Training Workshop II which will be held on  21th February 2011.
  4. The decisions which were taken in the Student Participation and Social Dimension Sub Committee Meeting on 8th February 2011 as shown:
    • Giving information to all of the academical and administrative units about the studies which were presented in the Disabled Student Support Unit’s report as a summary and also publishing them in the web site.
    • To organize a training programme which will be given by authorized experts fromPrime Ministry Administration to unit’s assigned academic advisors, for disabled people.
    • To take caution against the visibility of the unit academic advisors which were assigned for disabled students, in their units.
    • Supporting the activities of the student group named “Bilincimiz Engelsiz Tercihimiz Akdeniz”.
    • To evalute the content of the “Publicity Week” which was decided to make in thefall semester by the sub committee and the adoption of the decisions as the same way, with the University Senior Management.

5. The publication of the sample template and successful applications related with the programme outcomes and learning achievements in the web site.
