Decisions/ Minutes:

President of  Bologna Coordination Committee (BCC) and Bologna  Process Coordinators held their first meeting on 16th December 2010.  The current situation about Bologna Process  (BP) activities has been assessed and the alternatives of BP organizational structure and the working plan have been discussed. In this context these decisions have been taken:

1. Whether an application for Diploma Supplement (DS) Label will be made on 15th May 2010 will be discussed,
2. The application for
European Credit Transfer and  Accumulation System (ECTS) label will be made in 2012,
3. Akdeniz University Bologna Process Booklet will be printed on March 2012 at the latest,
4. Among the alternatives of the organizational structures. No. 1  will be adopted and this proposal will be presented and brought into question at the BCC meeting,
5. Expert Ayca Pamukcu will be temporarily assigned to Bologna Coordination works and she will carry out secretary services,
6. The web site  design of Bologna Process Coordination Office (BPCO) will start immediately,
7. http://bologna.akdeniz.edu.tr web page and bologna@akdeniz.edu.tr e-mail address will be used as online address of Bologna Process Coordination Office,
8. With the participation of Prof. Dr. Burhan Ozkan, Asist. Prof. Dr. Sibel Mehter Aykın, Head  of Student  Affairs  Lecturer Serhan Yaylaci  will meet on Friday, 17th December 2010 at 3:00 p.m. to discuss the lacks identified at the process of the application for DS label and prepare a working plan for application for DS label in 2011,
9. A meeting will be held with the members of BCC the Senate Hall on Friday, 24th December 2010 between 10:00 and 12:00 a.m. and in Bologna Process context Sub-Boards [1) Higher Education Qualifications Framework, 2) Recognition of Degrees and Diplomas (DE, ECTS), 3) Quality Assurance, 4) Student Participation and Social Dimension] will be constituted.
