Decision / Minute:

  Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board President, Prof. Dr. Muharrem Certel on Friday, 30 May 2012 between 09:00-10:00 a.m. Firstly, in meeting 'Student Affairs-Legislation-Practice-Unity in Universities' which was held in Adrasan was informed. After the discussion about Akdeniz University Bologna Process Booklet (draft) which was prepared by Bologna Coordination Office, Questionnaires which will make scope of Bologna Process Harmonization Studies in relation to Questionnaire Management System (QMS) were discussed. After Information Package Templates (A-B-C-D-E-F and G Tables) which was prepared scope of BP were discussed to publish the Akdeniz University's web page, in meeting was ended the general assessment of Bologna Process Works done.    

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1)      In relation to 'Student Affairs-Legislation-Practice-Unity in Universities' which was held between 12-13 May 2012 in Adrasan, attention of 84 Universities;

a)      These meetings which aim at providing a great service provide the association all Universities in new aim and principles specified term concerning Higher Education,

b)      In this context, the next meeting will held on 29 June 2012 again in Adrasan,

c)       All kinds of documents about the meeting the publication of documents on the website of Bologna,

2)      The people who give opinions and suggestions about Akdeniz University Bologna Process Booklet from commission members until the end of business day 1 June 2012 on Friday report to the demands of Bologna Coordinator Office,

3)      Akdeniz University Bologna Process Booklet printing and distribution business and transactions the completion of the first week in June of 2012,

4)      To continue work in accordance with calendaring without change on 2011-2012 Education year BP Questionnaire Studies Calendar,

5)      In this context, Fall Semester ECTS Questionnaire and Instructor and Course Evaluation of Questionnaire will done Questionnaire Management System (QMS) over done on the basis of the final grade requirement for students who want to learn,

6)      In relation to e-Akdeniz Automation System; there will held an information meeting on 18 June 2012 at 13:30 with the participation of unit managers and their assistants,

7)      To be presentation by head of Registrar's Office Instructor Serhan Yaylaci in Automation System Meeting,

8)      In order to determine deficiencies about Bologna Process Information Package Templates units demand information in writing from units by Bologna Coordination Office,

9)      It was decided to the summer term BP Coordination Committee Meetings held once a month until 2012 September.
