Decision / Minute:

 Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board    President, Prof. Dr. Muharrem Certel on Friday, 13 January 2012 between 09:00-10:00 a.m. Firstly, in meeting, to publication which templates of BP Information Package (A-B-C-D-E-F and G tables) on Akdeniz University web page and then Questionnaire Management System (QMS) which will make questionnaires scope of Bologna Process Harmonization Studies were discussed. The third agenda item at the meeting; 'Program Outcomes and Course Outcomes' seminars which will be held on 1, 3, 8 and 10 February by Bologna Coordination PDME Commission were discussed. The fourth agenda item at the meeting; after discussion about 2011-2012 education term autumn semester date of BCC Meeting, Expert Cem Sakarya who is Quality Unit Officer to appointment as a member of the Bologna Process Coordination Committee was discussed and the meeting was ended.

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1)      Templates of BP Information Package (A-B-C-D-E-F and G Table) to prepare as a separate link Turkish and English on easily accessible and high-visibility area of the Akdeniz University web page in January and to publish at the latest 2 march 2012,

2)      'Plan of ECTS Action' which will be prepared by Bologna Coordination Office for our University year of 2012 ECTS Label Application to present the next BP Coordination Committee Meeting to Coordination Committee Members,

3)      Corresponding with questionnaires which will be held scope of Bologna Process Harmonization Studies;

a)    As a result of the new arrangements made; Questionnaires' to be handled through Questionnaire Management System (QMS) which will be added to a module in automation system,

b)    All kinds of questionnaire will be added to questionnaire management system which was make the new software and scope of the Bologna Process, Questionnaires Department / Program / ​​Faculty / High School / Vocational School as a privatized and be prepared for only those units,

c)     Questionnaires of the Bologna Process is a precondition / obligation for students wishing to view grades, this way to increase the reliability relevant questionnaires which will be answered by more students,

d)    As of 15 December 2011 starting to work transactions of Questionnaire Management System software to complete as of 15-20 January 2012 and to report,

e)    In order to answer the questionnaire foreign students studying in the our university, to include multi-language option's to Questionnaire Management System,

f)     Due to a module to be included to e-Akdeniz Automation System of Questionnaire Management System, will held meeting for determine joint work areas automation system software team managers and questionnaire management system software experts,

g)    To participate aforementioned meeting Head of Registrar's Office Instructor Serhan Yaylaci and Expert Cem Sakarya,

h)    Following the reporting scope of Bologna Process Harmonization Studies Questionnaire which was schedule with BP Coordination Committee decision, to apply on the scheduled date without a hitch over Questionnaire Management System,

4)      The seminars about 'Program Outcomes and Course Outcomes on Bologna Process' which will organize on 1,3,8 and 10 February 2012,between 14:30-16:30 in School of Tourism and Hotel Management's Nuri Ozaltun Conference Hall by Bologna Coordination PDME Commission,

a)      As of the 01 and 08 February 2012 seminars to be given by PDME Commission members Assist.Prof.Dr. Mehmet Erdogan, as of the 03 and 10 February 2012 seminars to be given PDME Commission president Assoc.Prof.Dr. Selcuk Uygun,

b)     To accept draft exactly which was presented by PDME Commission President Assoc.Prof.Dr. Selcuk Uygun related to these seminars' content,

c)      In this context, the second hours of seminars to be given as a practical training for answer the question which is ' how to prepare program outcomes and course learning gain?',

d)     For this purpose, instructor who prepared the scope of Bologna Process Harmonization Studies Program Outcomes and Course Outcomes in order to make the evaluation can brought to PDME Commission Members,

e)     All instructors who are official of BP Harmonization Studies to participate fully the seminars,

f)       The conference will be announcement with cover letter and general announcement by e-mail to all instructors and participation is optional,

g)      After the conference, to implement a content evaluation questionnaire about the content of conference to participations,

h)     To give participation certificate to instructors who come to conference,

i)       The issue of Program Outcomes and Course Outcomes in Bologna Process Program Development Studies in our University Unit,Quality Improvement in Education especially approaches to Quality Assurance System under the Bologna Process provided for under the implementation of the Turkish Standards Institute external laboratory investigations of great importance,

5)      2011-2012 education term fall semester BCC meeting will be held on 30 january 2012 in senate hall,

6)      It was decided,Expert Cem Sakarya who is our University Quality Unit Manager to charge as BP Coordination Committee member.
