Decision / Minute:

Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board President, Prof. Dr. Muharrem Certel on Thursday, 30 December 2011 between 09:00 - 10:30 p.m. Firstly, in meeting was interviewed about to give final form 'bologna process student brochure’ which was prepared by Bologna Coordination office and then to publish templates of BP info package (A-B-C-D-E-F and G Tables) at the latest as of 2 January 2012 on Akdeniz University web page. The third agenda item at the meeting about to make 2011-2012 academic years fall semester ECTS questionnaire and questionnaires of instructor and course evaluation 25 January to 6 February 2012 was discussed. Lastly, in meeting, Bologna Process Works was general assessment.

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1) The result of the interview about Bologna Process Student Brochure (draft) which was prepared by Bologna Coordination Office,

a) Control of the Student Brochure in English done by the Vocational School of Foreign Languages,
b) Formal Organize of Brochure done by a graphic designer,
c) Turkish-English content of the brochure will be printed as to align the end of February of 2012,

2)  'ECTS Action Plan' which will prepare by Bologna Coordination Office for ECTS Label Application the year 2012 our University and to present Coordination Commission Members in BP Coordination Commission Meeting which will be in January of 2012,

3) Because of completion studies in related areas on the new automation system templates (A-B-C-D-E-F and G Tables) which was prepared the information package scope of BP to publication transactions as a separate link Turkish and English on easily accessible and high-visibility area of the Akdeniz University web page as of 2 January 2012 at the latest,

4) As a result of new arrangements made; Questionnaire Management System which will be added to the module due to put into service on 25 February 2012, 2011-2012 education year ECTS Questionnaire and Questionnaire of Instructor and Course Evaluation to done between 1-15 March 2012  for the Autumn term,

5) Obtaining Stakeholder Opinions transactions which has become a legal obligation under changes to the law No.2547 must be done once a year, in this context Stakeholder Opinions to take between 1 May - 20 May 2012 for 2011-2012 academic year for each level of education (Associate, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, Doctorate),

6) Corresponding with ECTS Questionnaire and Questionnaires of Instructor and Course Evaluation on Bologna Coordination and Quality Management Unit Coordination in 2011-2012 spring semester to make of 2 information sharing meeting for our University students,

7) The tempo of work and the determination of BP Harmonization Studies which has been carried in all Universities all units by Bologna Coordination Office and BP Coordination Committee was decided to continue working in year of 2012.
