Decisions / Minutes:

Bologna Process Coordination Board met at Senate Hall under the chairmanship of Bologna Coordination Board President, Prof. Dr. Muharrem Certel on Friday 30 September 2011 between 11:00–12:30. In meeting, firstly, in eAkdeniz Student Automation Program preparation of Certificate Supplement issue were discussed. Then, in meeting, Akdeniz University ''ECTS Label Application'' and '' BP Internal Implementation Fundamentals, Work Teams and Methods'' were discussed. Lastly, in meeting the Bologna Process Harmonization Activities' was general assessment.

In this context these decisions have been taken:

1)     Because of the excluding of AKDOS,  Diploma Supplement will be given by eAkdeniz Automation System by under the responsibility of  Department of Student Affairs and Diploma Supplement will be meet the norms of Bologna Process (BP),

2)     AKDOS data base will be transferred to eAkdeniz Automation System as students who registered in the past are allowed to take Diploma Supplement in accordance with BP norms,

3)     For reflect lessons which learned from Erasmus contents to Diploma Supplement will be identified by the Student Affairs for fulfilled Works and operations as "Implementing Guidelines" and will be announced to all departments,

4)     Templates will be prepared in accordance with BP in Information Package (A-B-C-D-E-F and G Tables) Akdeniz University of the high visibility and easy access to the web page as a link in a separate publication in Turkish and English versions of the completion of operations at the latest 2 January 2012,

5)     All studies for the ECTS Label (Information Package preparation in accordance with BP norms structured, complete files of incoming and outgoing students in recognizing the problem never happened in the show with accept subject and course remain instead of other subjects) of all the units on accurate, complete and timely completion of the application if done in 2012 for the ECTS label,

6)     Changes to the law No. 2547, which has become a legal obligation within the framework of ECTS Instructor and Course Evaluation Quesitonnaires with Questionnaire twice a year (in addition Instructor and Course Evaluation Questionnaire Summer School opened for classes to be made), the Student Satisfaction Questionnaire and Stakeholder Opinions If taken once a year, making transactions,

7)     Questionnaire work within the scope of BP (Student Satisfaction Questionnaire, Instructor and Course Evaluation Questionnaire and Questionnaire ECTS) will be done by through eAkdeniz  Automation System and they will be reported by  Questionnaire Management System,

8)     ECTS for the 2011-2012 academic year with the Instructor and Course Evaluation Questionnaire Survey for the autumn term  will be on 25 January to 6 February 2012, June 13 to 22 for Spring semester 2012, the Student Satisfaction Questionnaire will be between on 13 to 22 June 2012 date,

9)     Stakeholder Opinions, for  2011 - 2012 academic year for each educational level (undergraduate, graduate, postgraduate and doctoral) taken between 1 March 2012 to 20 April 2012,

10) Meeting will be held the second week of October eAkdeniz Automation System Bologna Coordinator Prof. Dr. Burhan Ozkan and Expert Cem Sakarya responsible for the Quality Management Unit to participate,

11) Meeting eAkdeniz Automation System, Automation System software team and the responsible officers of the University of the Akdeniz Action Plan, the requirements of BP (Information Package Templates) system will be necessary, again reminding the software is done,

12) The Quality Management Committee Meeting held on 12 October 2011 within the framework of the Bologna Process, "Internal Evaluation of Effectiveness of the Akdeniz University on" making a presentation,

13) Effectiveness of Internal Evaluation of the Akdeniz University within the scope of the following calendar automation system reports, periodic reports, the units will be held Quality Management System (QMS) audits and schedules, all decisions concerning the formation of modules giving the Quality Management Board meeting.
